Can comeone help me with my friend on the phone?

when i talk to my bestie on the phone she is alwys on the computer and when she tries to make converatation wih me he doesnt listen to my answers. is she randomly says how are you, and i say bad to get her attention, she will wait for while then laugh at something on her game and talk to herself and not worry about me. she is a relly good friend byut latley she has been going on like this, call me up and just not talk to me on the phoen. can i have some hlp please? i jst wnt her to actually to talk to me! is she bored?
