Here is the story, I returned a PC memory kit to OCZ back on May 20th, they have an RMA status page that hasn't been updated since day 1. I have tried e-mailing the customer support rep. I got the RMA # from but they won't return my mail. I started posting on their forums after 7 weeks and a moderator said they were going to send me a check, it's been 2 weeks now and I'm wondering what if any legal actions I can take to get them to get off their back sides and refund my money?
