Ex still has feelings, but in another relationship. advice for me?

me and my ex of 4 months have been messaging each other on facebook alittle bit here and there. i thought she had already let go of us and our past a long time ago since she has been with someone for 3 of those 4 months. but just a few days in her message to me she said she hasnt been able to let go yet and still has that attraction and everything. Should i just blow that off, i miss her alot but have been trying to let go myself but down the road would really love to get back together. im just not sure what is going on in her mind. she the kind of girl that doesnt like to hurt people, usually listens to others instead of herself. Guess im just asking, i know i need to wait and be patient to see what happens in her relationship right now, but should i still keep talking to her or?? what would you do?
