How to create a folder that shares with iTunes?

Ok so i used to have Lime wire(i removed it because of a Trojan Virus) and it had a folder that it was shared on iTunes, every time i downloaded a new song, it would be on my library automatically. Now im using Ares and i want to the same thing, but i can't figure it out. can some one tell me how to do it.
