I failed the since midterm, do you think I should go see the guidance consular about this?

I'm in 9th grade and the midterm is 20% of my grade and I got a 63 on it- science has been a hard subject for me since middle school and I did bad no matter how hard I tried, I was in small cles in 5th grade but I don't think they have that in high school- what should I do about this?
