Am i over reacting............?

So I met this boy about a month ago who just moved here through my moms boyfriend. He's sweet, responsible, nice and I can tell he has a good personality. Well when I met him I could tell he was looking at me, and when he was sitting across the table from me he kept his legs extended out and his foot right by mine. When my moms boyfriend went over there for dinner one night a couple weeks ago and told the boy oh hey you and (my name) should hang out sometime and he said I'd love too. Well my moms boyfriend got his number. I texted him saying hey ---its -------want to see a movie this weekend? He texed saying yeah I'd like that. And I said okay tell me when your free this weekend and he said alright a a few text later instead if just saying bye he said well ill ttyl goodnight. Is there any way you think he may be interested as more then a friend?
