Can you activate a pda without paying the pda charge in verizon? Please help?

If your refering to the "data feature" where you pay a monthly cost for a certain amount of data each month the answer is yes. The only devices that require a data feature are blackberry's. Any other PDA or Smartphone you can "pay as you go" for data, or block data completely (blocking also blocks pix msging)
