Can you find me proof that Mark Cuban planned 2006 Mavericks championship parade?

I know they say the mayor planned it. I believe Mark Cuban had a hand in it... What I want to know is does anyone out there know where I can find evidence of this? I used to believe myself to be a very efficient internet searcher, but I am older now and outdated on all this stuff. Someone please help me, as I would like to use this information to prove a point to someone and shove this in their face. But I need the evidence. Not just word of mouth.
