How do I pronounce a Spanish trill after a consonant?

With an S, you can safely drop it, but how about br-, cr-, dr-, fr-, gr-, pr-, and tr- at the beginning of a word? Do you have any trouble with them [e.g., gracias]? Just roll it a little less than usual, using gracias as your model. I find that most people don't have much trouble with gracias, since they say it so often. In other words, practice does help, even if it involves saying the same word over and over again to your mirror.
