I'm REALLY losing hope with my acne problem...? =(?

It seems like I've tried EVERYTHING. I've tried Proactive, Terminator, that gfruit Neautrogena stuff (sorry, don't remember the name)...the point is, I've used a lot of crap and I'm sick of this because nothing is working!!!! I have to wear foundation and concealer every day and I hate it =( I've hit rock-bottom...does anyone have something that REALLY works? At this point, I don't care about prices, or if it prescribed or anything. I just want the acne GONE.
