Is this Betrayal on his part?

You see my birthday is on the 26th of this month and my boyfriend is skipping it to go to cedar point then going to this dumb camp the week after that is nicknamed by the people who go to it ' camp' but its not really supposed to be its just the kids name for it. I cant go this camp but he is going without me and he completely ditched my birthday he says we have times to hang out for it but we really don't. Is this betrayal? I feel so incredibly selfish asking this but it hurts me.
