WHAT WAS THIS MAN THINKING OF DOiNG TO ME?

things like that happen to me aswell espelliy when am walking my dog. just the other day my friend said she was not going to hang around with me because people keep staring at us hwen ever i walk my dog. and they always stop as and compliment him and i just had enough. yesterday a man was driving his car and i didnt even know him. it was a quite road and he slowed the car down and smiled at me and watched the dog aswell i was so freaked i went home.
