Where can I buy some nitric acid?

I'm going to prepare some TNT. I need Nitric, and sulfuric acid. (76 percent sulfuric, 43 percent nitric acid, and 1 percent water)(percentages being on a weight ratio rather than volume.) And I also need some toluene. So the question is does any one know where I can find any of this???????
