Is it wrong for a girl to wait for even when the guy is ready?

Okay, the reason I ask is because me and my boyfriend are both 14 and have only been dating for a month and a week. And he's pretty ual, but I really want to try and wait for marriage. He doesn't try to have with me, but he tries different moves thinking I'm going to have with him. He understands I don't and why, but he steadily tries. I know we're young, but I feel like I'm in love with him. He hopes to on prom night, but I'm not sure if I'll want to since I don't want to now. And sometimes he's not sure about dating me I guess because I'm not at the ual level he is. Which really makes me want to, just to show him I can be. But I really need help with this. I want to be abstinent, but he makes it hard for me to be. And he is SOO hot, and really sweet and caring, it just makes me grow bigger and more intimate feelings about him! What do I do?!
